Jake and his crew from Under Pressure Construction built a 28 x 12 composite deck for our family this summer and couldn’t be happier with their work. Jake is very knowledgeable, on-time and fair on price. As we got into the job, we also decided to replace two sliding doors due to previous owner hiring someone who obviously did not care upon the quality of installation. Jake offered a very fair price, but most impressively installed proper flashing/pan, g-tape and also corrected the king studs and header incorrectly installed prior. He cares about the quality of his work and it was great working with both Jake and team as it turned into a bigger job then first bid out but, again, he completed all work for fair price and went above and beyond to finish on-time and exceeded our expectations. Jake and the team did a fantastic job on our 1st floor remodel. Price was fair and communication was on spot. Mike was very pleasant and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend them for any project big or small.
